Overview
We’re partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to find a Discipline Team Lead to guide a team of E&I engineers working across brownfield and greenfield Oil & Gas projects. You’ll play a key role in leading delivery, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining a strong technical presence (60–80% billable workload).
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 6 engineers (plus collaboration with a 5-person design team)Coordinating resource planning, task allocation, and engineering oversightManaging scope delivery, QA, and progress trackingMentoring team members and supporting skills developmentParticipating in client meetings and internal project reviewsEnsuring compliance with engineering standards and internal systemsAbout You:
15+ years in E&I engineering, ideally with consultancy or project delivery experienceStrong background in brownfield/greenfield scopes within Oil & GasDemonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage deliveryConfident in client communication and collaborative work cultureEngineers Australia-accredited degree (RPEQ/NER viewed favourably)What's on Offer:
