Overview

A leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that specialises in delivering high-risk, electrical, and compliance training to the mining and resources sector is seeking experienced professionals to join their expanding team. Following a period of strong growth, they are offering a Perth-based role, adhoc site travel if you can, genuine flexibility from management, and comprehensive training support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Provide high-quality, engaging Electrical training, ensuring learners grasp both theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
  • Classroom and Practical Instruction: Conduct a mix of classroom-based lessons and hands-on practical training to reinforce learning.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with major clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor course content to meet industry standards.
  • On-Site Training: Travel occasionally to client sites to deliver training sessions, with all travel arranged flexibly and equitably across the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on training materials and methods, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of training programs.
  • Mentoring and Support: Guide and mentor learners throughout their training journey, offering additional support as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all training meets relevant regulations, industry standards and safety guidelines.

About You:

  • High Voltage (HV) or High Potential (HP) experience
  • Hazardous Areas (EEHA) certification (current or expired)
  • Experience mentoring, leading teams, or delivering informal training
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) preferred, but not essential (full support and funding available)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset

  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday role with no weekends or nights. Choose from a 7am–4pm or 8am–4pm schedule
  • Travel Flexibility: Occasional travel to client sites with travel time banked and returned as additional days off. Travel is shared across the team to ensure fairness
