Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale EPC projects across multiple industries. Based in Perth, with occasional travel, this role requires strong leadership in managing cross-disciplinary teams, overseeing project execution from planning to commissioning, and ensuring seamless coordination with OEMs, technology providers, and global partners. You will be responsible for delivering high-value projects, maintaining strict cost, schedule and quality controls, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic, multi-industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple EPC projects from planning to commissioningManage cross-disciplinary teams including engineering procurement construction and commissioningEngage with OEMs technology providers and global partners to integrate complex equipment and systemsDevelop and execute project strategies including budgets schedules and risk mitigation plansAct as the key point of contact for clients subcontractors and stakeholders ensuring strong governance and alignmentOversee contract negotiations procurement and commercial management delivering projects on time and within budgetDrive a strong safety and performance culture ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standardsOptimise supply chain and logistics managing local and international procurement for critical componentsMonitor and control project financials managing variations claims and cost efficiencyProvide leadership and mentorship fostering collaboration performance and continuous improvement within the project teamAbout You:
10+ years of project management experience in EPC environments, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleDegree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related fieldProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) highly regardedProven experience managing large-scale projects, overseeing budgets, schedules and risk mitigationStrong expertise in contract negotiation, procurement and commercial managementExperience working with OEMs, technology providers and global partnersDeep understanding of HSE, regulatory and quality compliance in major projectsAbility to optimise supply chain and logistics for complex project deliveryExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ensuring seamless project governanceProactive, solutions-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership developmentWhat's on Offer:
